# set-up Eclipse ide: bndtools import does not show up

I just wanted to use **Eclipse 2026-06 (4.40.0)** on Ubuntu 26.04 LTS again for the Edge. I followed the [documentation](https://openems.github.io/openems.io/openems/latest/development/ide/eclipse.html). Latest **Bndtools 7.3.0** is installed:

But still using the `import...` dialog _bndtools_ does not show up:

Also the `open perspective` dialog does not contain an _bndtools_ entry.  
Did anything change in a recent version? Is there anything else, I need to do?  
Already de-installed, re-installed _Bndtools_ and restarted Eclipse a couple of times.
