if someone could help you, you must send much more information…
The simulatos is NOT created to “steuer”/stear. So i dont know what you changed in your code. And it is not implemented in OpenEMS.
it just simulated few interactions over ocpp. to simulate a charging.
i just see part of the logs. the last is “GetConfiguration”,
i dont know how Carga gets “limited” you just need to implement the behaviour like you would expect for Carga. and implement it the same way on the other side.
But you should better use a real chargestation to implement and test if it is really working.

What you want to do is to create a simulation and connect to the OpenEMS, to see how it behaves, after that if a real charging station will be implemented, but first you want to see how it behaves within the OpenEMS, as the charger is one that is not implemented but is similar to those that have incorporated the OpenEMS, and when I incorporate it I get the following messages

like i said, the OCPP-Simulator is not an EMS-Simulator, so you cant “use” it to check how a real “charging”-station would behave.
the simulation ist ment to simulate an ocpp connection to a backend.
