Help with Frontend Widget Configuration (Admin Access Issue)

Hello,

I’m setting up OpenEMS and need help configuring the frontend widgets. Here’s my current setup and issue:

  • Backend: Running via Docker

  • Frontend: Angular application (separate instance)

  • Login Attempt: Using admin/admin credentials, but I’m only getting Guest access

  • Expected: Admin dashboard with widget configuration options

  • Actual: Limited guest view without widget management features

I’ve checked the documentation but couldn’t find specific instructions for:

  • Obtaining admin privileges after installation
  • Accessing the widget management interface

What do you mean with “Widget Management Interface” ? We do not have that.

Thanks, I have to use password field as username (guest or admin)
