How to implement Asymmetric ESS?

This is kind of an extension of my other asymmetric post but a bit different. I have obtained new firmware for my Sinexcel 30kW inverter and modified the SinexcelBatteryInverter component to have the capability to set each phase L1-L2 independently (must all be in the same direction, obvious). But, I cannot access the individual phases because there is only a ESS Generic Managed Symmetric available. Also the inverter code is based on SymmetricBatteryInverter.
Can someone please point me in the right direction so that I can specify each phase individually in controllers like FixActivePower (has this ability already, sort of) and ControllerBalancing (I have my own modification to this but need to set each phase).
How should I configure the system to get separate phase control?

I am using a Sinexcel Battery Inverter and have just upgraded the firmware to allow control of each phase individually. I have modified BatteryInverterSinexcel to address the appropriate registers and I have made some kludges to OEMS to test this and found that it works.
