Hello everyone,
I successfully simulated my consumption and production data from the past three years on OpenEMS. I’m displaying all the data on InfluxDB.
I’m looking to maximize self-consumption and reduce my dependence on the power grid.
However, when I use the “Controller Ess Balancing,” my state of charge remains constantly at 50% (the initial state of charge value for my battery) and never changes.
But i can see the variation of my ESS ActivePower.
Additionally, I set the “Target Grid Setpoint” to 0 so that I buy as little as possible from the grid. Despite this, as you can see in the attached image, the state of charge of the battery doesn’t change.
Do you know why this might be happening?
