update getting started docker info to prevent influxdb upgrade?

Currently the getting started guide suggest to add

openems_influxdb:
    image: influxdb:alpine

to the docker-compose.yml. I’m thus wondering if the getting started should be changed to use image: influxdb:2-alpine? Cf.:
